摘　　要：建设工程施工阶段,监理例会是必要的会议制度和重要的协调方式。本文根据《建设工程监理规范》有关规定,结合建设工程监理例会实例,总结了总监理工程师在项目监理机构中如何充分发挥和提高监理例会的作用这一问题的思考意见。供业内同行借鉴。During the phase of project construction,regular supervision meeting functions as a necessary system and an important way of coordination. According to Code of Construction Project Management,combined with examples of construction supervision meeting,this essay has summed up how the general supervision engineer in project supervision mechanism should bring into full play and improve the role of regular meeting of supervision for peers as reference.
