摘　　要：晚清官办出版系统之完善为历代封建王朝所仅有。图书出版机构包括武英殿、京师同文馆、江南制造局翻译馆、各官书局和官办书院等;报刊出版机构主要是中央各部与各省创办的官报。官办出版活动虽然意在巩固晚清政府的封建统治,但同时也传播新知、开启民智,客观上成为推进社会进步的重要力量。The official-run publishing system was the most perfect in feudal China.The publishing organizations includ-ed Wuying Palace,Capital Translation and Publishing House,Translation House of Jiangnan Manufacture Bureau,and the other official-run publishing bureau and academic centers.The journalism publishing organizations were mainly the newspapers run by various departments of central government and provinces.Though such government-run publishing organizations in-tended to maintain the feudal government of late Qing Dynasty,they disseminated new knowledge,inspired the masses and be-came an important force to drive the society forward obj ectively.
