摘 要:以三峡库区油桐幼苗为实验材料,在种植前喷施百草枯,并以喷施清水作为对照,比较研究百草枯对油桐幼苗生长及其土壤理化性质的影响.结果表明:处理组的土壤pH值比对照高1.0%,差异不显著(p>0.05);处理组的土壤碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量分别比对照高6.8%,6.3%和5.4%,差异均不显著(p>0.05);处理组的土壤有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾含量分别比对照低1.5%,2.0%,0.39%和6.5%,差异也均不显著(p>0.05);处理组的油桐幼苗株高和地径增长量分别比对照组高11.8%和1.6%.可见,在正常使用剂量范围内,百草枯不仅对土壤的理化性质影响不大,还有助于油桐幼苗生长.因此,百草枯可用于消除油桐幼苗早期的杂草.The change of soil physicalchemical properties and growth situation of Three Gorges Reservoir area Tung oil tree has been analyzed in this paper with spraying the appropriate concentration of paraquat and water before planting .Results indicate that the soil pH ,content of alkali‐hydrolysable nitrogen ,avail‐able phosphorus and available potassium of the treatment are respectively 1 .0% ,6 .8% ,6 .3% and 5 .4%higher than that in control ,no significant difference in the treatment and the control (p 〉 0 .05) ;soil or‐ganic matter ,total nitrogen ,total phosphorus and total potassium tested are 1 .5% ,2 .0% ,0 .39% and 6 .5% lower than the contrast ,differences are not significant (p 〉 0 .05) ;increment of height and basal di‐ameter of Tung oil tree plant treated are 11 .8% and 1 .6% higher than in control .Paraquat in a normal range not only has no obvious influence on the soil physical and chemical properties ,also is helpful to Tung oil tree growth .Therefore ,paraquat can be used to eliminate Tung oil tree early seeding weeds .
