摘　　要：通过对天津新能源汽车产业进行案例分析,借鉴传统技术创新体系,构建了以政府为主导的技术创新生态化体系,阐述了体系中政府的主导作用及其与企业网络、研发网络和媒体公众之间的相互作用关系。本文对促进天津市生态文明建设具有重要的借鉴意义。The new-energy automobile industry was chosen as a case to study. Referring to the tradi-tional technology innovation system,we established the government-oriented ecological technology in-novation system and went on to the elaboration of the government’s leading role and the interaction re-lationships between enterprise network,R＆D network,the media and the public. This dissertation has significance in promoting the ecological civilization construction of Tianjin city.
