摘　　要：由"经本阴血何脏无之"基本观点出发,柴松岩提出月经产生的基本条件:冲脉充盛为月经之本,冲脉无所继则无所溢;肾气盛,地道通;五脏六腑功能乃阴血充盛所需之大环境;提出"肾之四最"之学术观点:肾生最先,肾足最迟,肾衰最早,肾最需护;形成对与女性生理相关疾病之总体治疗原则:不同年龄阶段,同一疾病之病理改变的生理基础不同,辨证、用药须具针对性。CHAI Song-yan puts forward the basic conditions of production of women＇s menstrual： Vital channel is filled full which is the fundamental of menstruation. If the vital channel has no blood and there was no menstruation; Kidney qi is full, the tunnel is clear; the function of five viscera and six entrails is the required environment of yin blood. CHAI song- yan puts forward the academic thoughts of ＇the four most of kidney＇： Kidney qi was born first, Kidney qi comes at the latest, kidney qi failed first, the most need protected is the kidney qi. It develops the overall treatment principle of the disease of female physiological： women in different age stages.
