摘 要:文章利用多种色谱技术(包括大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、反相柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱)对瓜蒌皮水溶性部位的化学成分进行了系统的研究,得到9种化合物,利用紫外光谱、质谱及核磁共振波谱对化合物的结构进行了鉴定,分别为胞嘧啶(1)、尿嘧啶(2)、次黄嘌呤(3)、鸟嘌呤(4)、黄嘌呤(5)、腺嘌呤(6)、鸟嘌呤核苷(7)、6-异次黄嘌呤核苷(8)及腺嘌呤核苷(9),其中化合物1、3、4、5为首次从该植物中得到。In order to investigate the water-soluble constituents of the peels of Trichosanthis Fructus systematically, the separation and purification were performed by various chromatography methods including macroporous absorption resin column chromatography, reverse-phase column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Nine known compounds were isolated from the water-soluble fraction of the peels of Trichosanthis Fructus, and the structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis such as UV, MS and NMR spectrum. They were identified as cytosine (1), uracil (2), hypoxanthine (3), guanine (4), xanthine (5), adenine (6), guanosine (7), 6-isoinosine (8) and adenosine (9), among which compound 1, 3, 4, and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
