经方薯蓣丸治疗虚劳证体会

摘　　要：薯蓣丸出自《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉证治》篇,乃仲景治虚劳妙方。文章结合临床,探讨用经方薯蓣丸论治子宫肌瘤术后、乳腺癌化疗后以及气胸不愈后临证3例,虽非同病,但均以薯蓣丸收效,体现中医异病同治之妙。认为薯蓣丸治疗虚劳,疗效显著,但凡临证出现虚实夹杂证,本方应用尤为合适,当然也要注意根据临证表现而有加减。shuyu Decoction is from Jin Kui Yao Lue and it is a good prescription for wasting diseases. This article gave three cases on how to use shuyu Decoction to treat Wasting diseases including Treating Uterine fibroids surgery,breast cancer after chemotherapy and pneumothorax unhealed patients.The three cases are different diseases but could be treated well with the same shuyu Decoction. The anthor considered that shuyu Decoction was effective to wasting diseases with the syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess.And of course it should be added and subtracted according to the clinical presentation.
