摘　　要：荨麻疹是临床常见的皮肤病。温成平教授从中医角度认为,荨麻疹发病多由感受风邪,侵袭肌表,致水湿、瘀血内停,产生伏邪,郁于皮肤,瘙痒益甚。治疗上以固表祛风、运脾除湿、活血化瘀、凉血解毒为主。用药上活用虫类及花类药,多能获得显著疗效。Urticaria is a common clinical skin disease. According to the view of TCM, Professor WEN Cheng-ping believes that the pathogenesis of urticaria may be related to wind evil, which is suffering from the wind evil, making damp evil and blood stasis blocked beneath the skin. Then hidden pathogen evil is produced, which make people feel itch a lot. Professor WEN Cheng-ping likes to choose ways of securing the exterior while expelling wind, making the spleen work while expelling the wet evil, promoting blood circulation while removing blood stasis, and removing heat from the blood and toxic material in the treatment of urticaria. Professor WEN Cheng-ping likes to use insects and flowers medicines, and it could achieve good results of urticaria treatment.
