摘　　要：王小云教授认为治疗更年期情志障碍应以补肾健脾,调理脏腑、平衡阴阳为总则;创"身心同治"法,用正性情志矫正负性情志;用药讲究配伍,擅用验方;崇尚针药并用,相得益彰;重用背俞穴,巧施埋线;王教授临证尽显中医特色,疗效肯定,值得深入研究。Professor WANG Xiao-yun＇s experiences in the treatment of menopause emotional disorders are characterized by establishing therapeutic principles of reinforcing the spleen and replenishing the kidney, regulating organs and balancing yin and yang, then creating the method of treating dual body and mind by using positive emotions to correct negative emotions, third emphasizing on medication compatibility and empirical formula, fourth advocating the combination of acupuncture and Chinese material medicine, finally skillful conducting catgut embedding therapy on the emphasis of back-shu points. The experience of professor WANG in treating this disorder shows conspicuous characteristics of TCM and definite clinical effectiveness which deserves further research.
