摘　　要：近年来,马钱子及其有效成分士的宁和马钱子碱的抗肿瘤活性得到了广泛研究,对多种不同类型的肿瘤均有抑制作用,而且对肿瘤发生、侵入的各环节均具有作用,过程中影响细胞内多种肿瘤药物靶标,呈现出多靶点、多功能的典型特点。文章综述了近年来利用马钱子、士的宁和马钱子碱进行抗肿瘤研究的现状。The anti-tumor activity of nux-vomica and its main active components such as strychnine and brucine has been widely studied in recent years. It not only inhibits a variety of different types of tumors, but also has a good effect on various steps of the tumor＇s occurrence and invasion, affects intracellular drug targets in a variety of tumors, it impacts diversify drug targets and exhibits the feature of multiple targets. This paper reviews research status of anti-tumor with nux-vomica, strychnine and brucine.
