益气养阴解毒方防治微小残留白血病46例长期生存病例分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药益气养阴解毒方治疗微小残留白血病的疗效。方法:观察了7年间生存时间达到5年以上的46例患者的血常规指标、微小残留病指标及生活质量评分。结果:患者血常规指标、微小残留病检测的阴性率较初诊均有改善,生活质量也有提高。结论:益气养阴解毒方对于急性髓系白血病(非M3)缓解后的治疗能够延长完全缓解时间,达到长期存活甚至临床治愈。由此揭示了中医药在防治微小残留白血病中发挥了治未病作用。Objective： To analyze the efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Formula in the treatment of minimal residual leukemia. Methods： The blood indicators, minimal residual disease indicators and life quality scores of 46 cases of patients with survival time over 5 years during 7-year-time were observed. Results： In comparison with the first visit, the blood indicators and negative rates of minimal residual disease and the life quality scores had been improved after being treated by Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Formula. Conclusion： The effects of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Formula on acute myelogenous leukemia （no M3） can be particularly reflected in prolonging the complete remission time and achieving long-term survival even clinical cure. It shows that TCM has preventive treatment on minimal residual leukemia.
