摘　　要：农业基本建设项目执行进度慢的现象比较普遍,该文从项目管理模式及管理队伍的组建、可行性研究工作深度、设计单位的遴选、质量控制、招标文件的编制等方面对影响农业基本建设项目执行进度的因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的应对措施,以期为加强农业基本建设项目管理提供建议和参考。It＇ s a universal phenomenon for the slow execution progress of agricultural capital construction project.This article analyzed the influence factors from project management contractor and the organization of the management team, the depth of the feasible research, the selection of designers, quality control, the preparation of the tender document, etc., proposed the corresponding approach, in order to provide advice and reference to strengthen the management of agricultural capital construction project
