摘　　要：以TAM框架为标杆,对比分析某运营商IT系统与之的差距,发现运营商在系统规划及建设方面存在的不足,并给出优化建议。研究主要采用了标准对比法,强调了企业规范的重要性,研究结果对基于TAM框架、实际部署和实施的电信运营支撑系统具备参考价值。Using TAM （application framework） as the benchmark, it makes a comparative analysis between the operator’s IT system and TAM, finds the problems on the system planning and construction of the operator and gives the suggestions for optimization. The research uses the standard comparison method and emphasizes the importance of corporate norms. The research has ref-erence value for the telecom operation support system based on TAM.
