毛竹大孢子发生与雌配子体发育研究

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片的方法,对毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)的大孢子发生及雌配子体的发育过程进行了详细的观察研究。结果表明:毛竹的子房二心皮一室,内具1个倒生胚珠;双珠被,厚珠心。大孢子母细胞由1个雌性孢原细胞发育而成,大孢子四分体呈一字型排列;蓼型胚囊,成熟胚囊包括1个卵细胞,2个助细胞,2个极核组成的中央细胞及大量反足细胞。The development of the megasporogenesis and female gametophyte in Phyllostachys edulis was observed by using routine paraffin sections.The results showed that the ovary consisted of two carpels in one room,the single ovule with parietal placenta was anatropous,double integument and thick inucellatae.The me-gasporocyte undergoes meiotic division to form linear megaspore.The embryo sac is of polygonum type,inclu-ding one egg cell, two synergid ceils with evident filiform apparatus,one central cell consisting of two polar nu-clei,and numerous antipodal cells.
