摘  要:在原有5 t(实际5.15t)八角锭的基础上,将锭身高度由1 505 mm增加至1840 mm,锥度由4.56%降至3.64%,由原外置帽口改为内置帽口,钢水帽口率由15.15%减少到9.81%,新设计的6t(实际5.85 t)八角锭模生产18CrNiMo7-6,D2和30Cr13钢Φ210~300 mm锻材的结果表明,6t锭平均成材率为86.47%,较5t锭平均成材率79.71%提高了约7个百分点.Based on the original 5 t (real 5.15 t) octagonal ingot mould, with increasing the height of mould from o- riginal 1505 mm to 1 840 mm, decreasing the taper in the mold walls from 4. 56% to 3.64% , modifying the hot top location from outside type to inside type and decreasing the ratio of liquid steel in hot top from 15. 15% to 9. 81% , the resuits of production of Ф210 - 300 mm forged products of steel 18CrNiMo7-6, D2 and 30Cr13 by new design 6 t ( real 5.85 t) ingot mould show that the average yield of 6 t ingot is 86.47%, as compared with the average yield 79. 71% of 5 t ingot, it increases the yield of products by about 7 point of percentage,.
