摘 要:通过建立的几何模型,利用Fluent软件对出钢量110 t顶底复吹转炉氧枪喷头参数(夹角12°~13°,孔数4,流量22000~24000 m^3/h)对射流影响进行三维数值模拟,在1.1~1.4 m枪位,喷孔夹角12.5°的4孔氧枪可保持射流半径适中和较高的射流速度。钢厂冶炼45钢,Q235和HRB400钢的应用实践表明,采用12.5°喷头喷孔夹角,93炉次22 000 m^3/h氧气流量时110 t钢水的平均冶炼时间为14.8 min,终点碳符合冶炼钢种要求,终点[P]0.010%~0.030%,脱磷率≥96%。Based on established geometric model the three dimensional numerical simulation on the effect of oxygen lance nozzle parameters ( angle between nozzle 12° - 13°, nozzle number 4, flow rate 22 000 - 24 000 m^3/h) of top and bottom combined blown converter tapping 110 t liquid steel on jet has been carried out by using software Fluent to get that with nozzle angle 12. 5° 4-nozzle oxygen lance at 1.1 - 1.4 m lance level the suitable radius and higher jet speed may maintain. The application practice of 93 heats 0. 45C steel, Q235 and HRB400 steel steehnaking at steel works shows that with 12. 5° nozzle angle and oxygen flow rate 22 000 m3/h, the average tap to tap time of 110 t liquid is 14. 8 min, the end carbon meets the requirement of melting steel grades, the end [P] 0. 010% -0. 030% and the dephosphorizing rate of liquid ≥96%.
