摘  要:制备了一种耐水性能优异的紫外光(UV)固化PUA(聚氨酯丙烯酸酯)胶粘剂,并采用水煮试验来考察其耐湿热性能。研究结果表明:当w(羧酸类促进剂UVD)=1.0%~5.0%、w(硅烷偶联剂KH-570)=0.5%(均相对于UV固化胶粘剂质量而言)时,UV固化PUA胶粘剂水煮后的粘接强度保持率〉60%,并且其耐水煮时间为5 h,而且其耐水煮性能优于进口同类产品。An UV-curable PUA (polyurethane acrylate) adhesive with excellent water resistance was prepared, and its wet-heat resistance was investigated by boiled test method. The research results showed that the bonding strength retention after boiled UV-curable PUA adhesive was higher than 60%, its time of boiling water resistance was also 5 h, and the boiling water resistance of UV-curable PUA adhesive was better than that of imported like product when mass fractions of carboxylic acid type accelerant UVD and silane coupling agent KH-570 were 1.0%-5.0% and 0.5% in UV-curable adhesive, respectively.
