预乳化种子乳液聚合法制备苯丙镭射膜复膜胶

摘　　要：以丙烯酸丁酯（BA）和丙烯酸异辛酯（2-EHA）为软单体、苯乙烯（St）为硬单体、双官能团单体（LA）为功能单体、十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）为阴离子型乳化剂和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚（OP-10）为非离子型乳化剂,在复合乳化剂OP-10/SDS作用下,采用预乳化种子乳液聚合法制备出性能优良的苯丙镭射膜复膜胶。研究结果表明：当w（St）=10%~15%、w（复合乳化剂）=3.0%和w（LA）=0.6%（均相对于单体总质量而言）时,相应的苯丙镭射膜复膜胶具有良好的粘接性能,其剥离强度为4.5~4.9 N/25 mm;自制苯丙镭射膜复膜胶与进口同类产品相比,两者的性能基本相近。With butyl acrylate （BA） and ethylhexyl acrylate （2- EHA） as soft monomers, styrene （St） as hard monomer, bifunctional monomer （LA） as functional monomer, sodium dodecyl sulfate （SDS） as anionic emulsifier and octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether （OP- 10） as non- ionic emulsifier, so a styrene- acrylate laser film laminating adhesive with good properties was prepared by pre-emulsification seed-emulsion polymerization under the action of OP-10/SDS composite emulsifier. The research results showed that the corresponding styrene-acrylate laser film laminating adhesive had the good bonding properties, and its peeling strength was 4.5-4.9 N/25 mm when mass fractions of St, composite emulsifier and LA were 10%-15%, 3.0% and 0.6% in total monomers, respectively. The self-made styrene-acrylate laser film laminating adhesive compared with imported like product, the properties of both were basically near.
