摘 要:氰酸酯(CE)树脂的刚性结构致使其本身不具备形状记忆行为,故采用含有柔性链段的端羧基液体丁腈橡胶(CTBN)改性CE,可制备具有形状记忆效应的共聚物;然后将不同质量分数的硼酸铝晶须(Al Bw)掺杂到上述共聚物中,可制成Al Bw/CE复合材料。研究结果表明:当w(Al Bw)=10%(相对于复合材料总质量而言)时,复合材料的弯曲强度和储能模量相对最大;当w(Al Bw)≤20%时,该复合材料具有良好的形状记忆性能,变形的试样几乎可完全回复,但其形变回复速率基本上随Al Bw含量增加而下降。The cyanate ester (CE) resin in itself have not shape memory behavior due to their rigid structure, so a copolymer with shape memory effect could be prepared by CTBN (carboxyl-terminal liquid butadiene- acrylonitrile rubber) containing flexible chain segment as modifier of CE. Then, an A1Bw (aluminum borate whisker)/CE composite could be prepared by introducing A1Bw with different mass fractions into aforementioned copolymer. The research results showed that the composite had the relatively maximal bending strength and storage modulus when mass fraction of A1Bw was 10% in total composite. The composite had the good shape memory properties because the deformation of sample could almost completely be recovered, but its deformation recovery speed was mainly decreased with increasing A1Bw contents when mass fraction of A1Bw was no more than 20%.
