摘  要:研究饲料脂肪水平对黑尾近红鲌幼鱼生长和鱼体成分的影响。结果表明:随着饲料中脂肪水平的提高,黑尾近红鲌的增重率、蛋白质效率和特定生长率均呈先上升后下降的趋势;而饵料系数则呈先下降后上升的趋势。回归模型分析表明:黑尾近红鲌达到最优增重率、蛋白质效率、特定生长率和饵料系数时,饲料脂肪水平分别为7.61%、8.49%、7.57%和8.45%。随着饲料中脂肪水平的提高,鱼体脂肪含量呈上升趋势,当饲料脂肪水平为8.98%时,鱼体脂肪含量较对照组提高显著;饲料脂肪水平升高使鱼体蛋白质含量呈下降趋势,对照组鱼体蛋白质含量显著高于其他各组;饲料脂肪水平对鱼体的干物质和粗灰分的含量无显著影响。以生长性能各项指标综合分析表明,黑尾近红鲌幼鱼饲料中适宜脂肪水平为7.57%-8.49%。The trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary lipid levels on growth performance and body composition of Ancherythroculter nigrocauda.The results suggested that,with the increasing dietary lipid levels,the weight gain ratio,protein efficiency and specific growth ratio were originally increased and then decreased;and the feed coefficient decreased at first and then increased.Based on the regression model analysis,the dietary lipid level was up to 7.61%,8.49%,7.57% and8.45% respectively when the weight percent gain,protein efficiency,specific growth ratio and feed coefficient reaching to their optimal conditions.Fat content increased with higher level of dietary lipid in the feed.When the dietary lipid level reached to8.98%,the body lipid content was found significantly higher than that was in the control group(P〈0.05).Rising in dietary lipid level decreased the protein content.Compared with other groups,protein content of the control group was magnificently higher.No significant differences were found in whole body dry matter or ash contents of fish.Taking the growth performance as an indicator,the suitable dietary lipid level for A.nigrocauda fingerling should be 7.57%-8.49%.
