摘  要:采用凝胶净化技术和液相色谱串联质谱联用相结合技术,建立了玉米及其制品中烟嘧磺隆的残留量检测方法。试验采用乙腈提取样品,提取液经凝胶色谱仪净化,用液相色谱串联质谱仪测定,外标法定量,并采用选择离子监测进行阳性确证。结果表明,该方法的定量限达0.010mg/kg,线性范围为0.01-1.00mg/kg,方法回收率为84.0%-101.6%。该方法检测结果准确可靠,线性范围宽,适用范围广,能够满足高质量检测的要求。In this paper,Gel Permeation Technology and Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)were used to determine the residue level of nicosulfuron in corn and its products.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile method.Extracts were purified by Gel Permeation Chromatography,tested by LC-MS/MS,and quantified by external standard method.Positive confirmation was performed by selected ion.Results showed that,in this way,the quantitation limit reached to0.010mg/kg and linear ranges were 0.01-1mg/kg.The method was accurate with recovery of 84-101.6%.Results of this method are proven to be reliable with a wide linear range.And the method carried out in the study is able to meet the requirement of high quality testing and can be widely used.
