摘 要:开关磁阻电动机(SRM)的磁链特性具有高度饱和性和非线性性,传统电动机的建模分析方法难以应用到开关磁阻电动机的研究之中,针对这一问题,对如何简单有效获取开关磁阻电动机磁链特性进行了研究,提出了一种基于实验测量的方法,详细介绍了实验的原理、电路和步骤,并搭建了实验平台,对一台四相8/6极开关磁阻电动机进行了测量实验,获取了电动机的磁链特性模型,同时将所得模型与解析法得到的模型进行了对比。研究结果表明,提出的方法简单便捷、成本低,能够准确地获取开关磁阻电动机的磁链模型,对开关磁阻电动机的仿真与控制研究具有重要意义。Aiming at the problem of highly saturated and nonlinear characteristics of the flux linkage, it is difficult to model and analyze switched reluctance motor(SRM) using traditional methods, the issues that how to acquiring SRM's flux linkage characteristics simply and effectively were studied. An experimental measurement method was proposed in this paper. The principles, circuits, and steps of the experi- ment were described in detail to build an experimental platform. A four-phase 8/6 pole SRM was measured to obtain the characteristics of flux linkage, and the acquried flux model was compared with the analytical model. The results indicate that the proposed method is simple, convenient and low cost, which can accurately obtain the flux linkage model of SRM. The proposed method is of great significance for simula- tion and control research of SRM.
