摘　　要：以三乙醇胺为催化剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,通过硅烷四乙酯(TEOS)和3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(MPTES)共水解,成功制备了巯基功能化介孔二氧化硅纳米微球.用盐酸-乙醇混合溶液去除模板后,这种介孔纳米微球能有效吸附银离子,进一步反应得到SiO2-Ag和SiO2-Ag2S复合纳米微球.用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、热分析以及紫外-可见光谱表征了微球形貌、结构与性能.这种复合纳米微球平均粒径约70nm,Ag2S微粒小于10nm且担载于SiO2微球表面,而Ag量子点则包覆于介孔硅的内部,在350nm到700nm范围呈现明显的宽吸收.另外,这两种复合纳米微球作为无机抗菌剂都表现出良好的抗菌性能.Mercapto-functionalized mesoporous silica nanospheres （SiO2-SH NSs ） were prepared by co-hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate （TEOS） and （3-mercaptopropyl）triethoxysilane （MPTES） with triethanolamine as catalyst and cetytrimethylammonium bromide （CTAB） as the template. Removing the template with HCl-ethanol solution, mesoporous SiO2-SH NSs can efficiently immobilize silver ions, and further react to obtain SiO2-Ag and SiO2-Ag2 S NSs. X-ray diffraction （XRD）, trasmission electron microscopy （TEM）, thermal analyzer and UV-vis spectra were used to characterize the morphology, structure and prperties of these NSs. These mesoporous silica NSs have an average diameter of ca. 70 nm, Ag2S particles with a diameter of less than 10 nm were formed on the surface of SiO2 NSs, and Ag quantum dots were embeded in the mesoporous silica. These composite NSs display an obvious broad absorption from 350 nm to 700 nm compared to that of SiO2-SH NSs. In addition, as inorganic antibacterial agents, both SiO2-Ag and SiO2-Ag2 S NSs display excellent antibacterial activity.
