摘 要:采用陶粒和陶砂作为粗细骨料配置高强全轻混凝土,研究了水灰比和砂率对全轻混凝土拌合物工作性能、干表观密度、立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和轴心抗拉强度等基本性能的影响.结果表明:拌合物工作性能良好;不同配合比的全轻混凝土干表观密度在1 668.2~1 731.6 kg/m3范围内变化,密度等级为1 700;当水灰比由0.35减小至0.25时,全轻混凝土立方体抗压强度由45.6MPa增加到50.5MPa;砂率对全轻混凝土强度的影响较小;轴心抗压强度相对于立方体抗压强度的换算系数可取为0.92,劈裂抗拉强度相对于轴心抗拉强度的换算系数可取为0.52.Tests were carried out to study the basic properties such as workability of fresh concrete, dry apparent density, cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and axial tensile strength of high strength full lightweight concrete with expanded-shale and lightweight sand, in which the changes of water- to-cement ratio and sand ratio were considered. The results show that the fresh concrete had good workability, the density grade of full-lightweight concrete belong to 1 700 class with dry apparent density changing from 1 668.2 kg/ m3 to 1 731.6 kg/m3 , the compressive strength of full-lightweight concrete increased from 45.6 MPa to 50.5 MPa while the water to cement ratio reduced from 0.35 to 0.25, the sand ratio had less influence on the strength of full lightweight concrete, the conversion coefficient of axial compressive strength to cubic compressive strength could be taken as 0.92, the conversion coefficient of splitting tensile strength to axial tensile strength could be taken as 0.52.
