紫苏挥发油对小鼠生长和免疫性能的影响

摘　　要：试验研究紫苏挥发油对小鼠体重和免疫性能的影响。将60只健康小鼠随机分为对照组和挥发油低、中、高浓度的3个试验组,每组15只。分别给对照组和3个试验组按照250μl/只的剂量灌胃0.2%Tween-80、0.02 ml/kg、0.03 ml/kg和0.04 ml/kg的紫苏挥发油,每周称重,连续灌胃21 d后取样测定。结果表明:与对照组相比,中、高浓度组极显著提高小鼠体增重、脾脏和胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,紫苏挥发油对小鼠的生长和免疫性能有增强作用。The experiment was to study the effect of the volatile oil from Perilla frutescens on miceweight and immune performance. Sixty mice were divided randomly into 4 groups（n=15 for each）andorally infused to stomach with 250 μl of different concentration of volatile oil control（0.2% Tween-80）, high（0.04 ml/kg）, middle（0.03 ml/kg）, low（0.02 ml/kg）. Record body weight mice every week andafter 21 days, samples were collected for analysis. The result showed that compared with the controlgroup, the mice＇s body weight, spleen and thymus index, the level of macrophages phosphatase activity（ACP） in high and middle groups were increased, the difference was extremely significant（P0.01）.These results indicated that the volatile oil extracted from Perilla frutescens can enhance the growthand immune performance of mice.
