摘  要:试验随机选择体重相近、性别相同的断奶獭兔120只,随机分为4个处理组,每组30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别用25%、50%、75%的水飞蓟粕替代豆粕。试验结果表明:在獭兔日粮中添加水飞蓟粕可以提高獭兔的平均日增重、平均日采食量、皮张面积。肝脏重量和肝脏指数有所增加,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著(P<0.05);脾脏重量有所增加,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。总蛋白、球蛋白的含量增加,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著(P<0.05);白蛋白和球蛋白的比值降低,其中C组与A、B、D组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。Ig M含量升高,其中C组与A组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。用50%的水飞蓟粕替代豆粕效果最佳。In this experiment, random selection of 120 similar weight, weaned rex rabbits of the samesex were made and they were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 30 rats in each group.The control group was fed with the basal diet, while in the experimental group, 25%, 50%, 75% milkthistle cake were added respectively instead of soybean meal in basal diet.The test results show that:milk thistle meal was added in the diet of rex rabbits, so the average daily gain and average daily feedintake and the skin area of rex rabbit can be improved. The weight of the liver and spleen and liver in-dex was increased, the C group had significant difference compared with A, B, D group(P〈0.05). Thecontent of total protein, globulin was increased, C group had significant difference, compared with A,B, D group(P〈0.05); ratio of albumin and globulin were decreased, the C group had significant differ-ence, compared with A, B, D group(P〈0.05). The content of Ig M was increased, the C group had signif-icant difference, compared with group A(P〈0.05). 50% of the milk thistle meal instead of soybeanmeal was the best.
