摘　　要：为研究抗肠炎功能蛋白添加剂对在现代封闭循环水工厂化养殖条件下的点带石斑鱼生长性能及肠道形态的影响,并确定其在点带石斑鱼幼鱼饲料中的适宜添加量,将抗肠炎功能蛋白分别按0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的剂量添加到基础饲料中,饲喂初始规格为（64.80±0.56）g的点带石斑鱼105 d。结果表明：①添加抗肠炎功能蛋白能够提高点带石斑鱼的成活率（SR）,其中0.2%组达到显著性差异（P〈0.05）;提高了点带石斑鱼的增重率（WGR）,降低了饲料系数（FC）,其中0.3%添加组与对照组相比差异显著（P〈0.05）。②添加0.2%和0.3%的抗肠炎功能蛋白后点带石斑鱼肠道黏膜褶间距显著变窄,肠道微绒毛明显比对照组密。抗肠炎功能蛋白能提高点带石斑鱼的生长性能和改善肠道形态结构,建议在工业化养殖点带石斑鱼幼鱼饲料中的适宜添加量为0.2%~0.3%。The anti-enteritis functional protein was supplemented into basal diet at four levels of 0,0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3%, to feed Epinephelus coioides [body weight：（64.80±0.56） g] in the semi-recircu-lating culture condition for 105 d, and to determine the growth performance and the intestinal morphol-ogy, and thereafter to identify the optimal supplementation level of the anti-enteritis functional proteinin basal diet for Epinephelus coioides juvenile. The results showed that： ①Significant increases（P〈0.05） in survival ratio（SR） occurred when anti-enteritis functional protein was added at 0.2%; Signifi-cant increases（P〈0.05） in weight gain ratio（WGR）, and significant decreases（P〈0.05） in feed coeffi-cient（FC） occurred when anti-enteritis functional protein was added at 0.3%;② The intestinal muco-sal folds spacing were obviously narrower, and intestinal villi were significantly denser than the controlgroup. The anti-enteritis functional protein can enhance the growth performance and improve the intes-tinal morphology of Epinephelus coioides. Our experiments suggested that the optimal supplementationlevels of the anti-enteritis functional protein is 0.2%~0.3%.
