摘  要:为考察纯化饲料中不同饲料磷水平对草鱼生长性能的影响,对草鱼(初始均重为22.29 g)进行了75 d的饲养试验,结果表明:饲料磷水平显著影响草鱼的生长,当饲料中磷的添加水平为8.07 g/kg时,草鱼的生长效果最好;饲料磷水平对草鱼的体组成有一定的影响,但是规律不明显;全鱼磷含量和鳃盖骨磷含量与饲料磷水平有较强的相关性;当饲料磷水平为11.63 g/kg时,草鱼血清的GPT和GOT含量最低,饲料磷水平对血脂四项、血糖、白蛋白、球蛋白、肌酐等的影响不显著。通过试验研究认为草鱼纯化饲料中的磷的适宜添加量为8.07 g/kg。A 75 days feeding trial was conducted to investigate effects of different phosphorus levels ongrowth in grass carp(Ctenoparyngodon idellus)(average body weight were about 22.29 g). The resultsshowed that: with the increasing of the phosphorus levels, the growth had a significant difference,8.07 g/kg phosphorus supplementation in the feed would had a best growth; body composition of grasscarp had no significant differences; As of the percentage of phosphorus in whole fish and opercular,there was a strong correlation among the content of whole fish, opercular and feed; the grass carp se-rum GPT and GOT were the lowest when dietary phosphorus level is 11.63 g/kg; there were no signifi-cant differences in serum four lipids, blood glucose, albumin, globulin, creatinine, etc. Based on the tri-als, 8.07 g/kg of phosphorus supplementation in the feed was suitable.
