摘　　要：推动科技金融结合有赖于完备的科技金融理论和充分的科技金融实践。在深入调研广东科技金融发展现状的基础上,全面分析了广东在科技金融及其培育方面所取得的成绩和存在的问题,并提出促进广东科技金融结合的对策建议。To promote the combination of sci-tech and finance depends on a complete sci-tech finance theory and sufficient sci-tech finance practice. In this paper, on the basis of in-depth investigation on development situation of sci-tech finance in Guangdong, the achievements and problems are analyzed comprehensively about sci-tech finance work in Guangdong, and the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of sci-tech finance in Guangdong are proposed.
