摘  要:在简要分析国内外地质灾害风险评估研究进展的基础上,根据甘肃省山区城镇地质灾害风险评估项目开展的情况,重点探讨了大比例尺风险评估工作部署、技术思路和评价方法,尤其是对地质灾害危险性、易损性和风险评估量化评价方法进行了总结.根据地质灾害风险评估工作特点,指出了地质灾害风险评估是一个递进性的过程.其中致灾体识别是风险评估的核心内容,地质灾害危险性评价是关键环节,易损性评价是在危险性评价的基础上得出的结果,风险区划则是危险性和易损性的综合结果.The methods for geological hazard assessment in China and abroad were first briefly analyzed and then, according to the development situation of the geological disasters in mountainous areas of Gansu Province covered by the urban risk assessment project, and focusing on work deployment, technical ideas and evaluation methods for large scale risk assessment, especially for a quantitative evaluation method of geological disasters, the vulnerability and risk assessment were summarized and made. According to the characteristics of geological disaster risks, the geological disaster risk assessment was considered a progressive process, which means that the recognition of disaster should be the core of risk assessment, the risk assessment of geological disasters should be a key link, the vulnerability assessment should be the basis of the risk assessment, and risk zoning should be a comprehensive result of assessing risks and vulnerability.
