两岸知识产权保护对经济增长影响的比较

摘　　要：在比较经济发展状况护和两岸的知识产权保的前提下,运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数测算知识产权保护对两岸经济增长的影响。结果发现知识产权保护对台湾经济增长的影响较小,而知识产权保护对大陆经济增长的影响没通过显著性检验。为此,该文提出了知识产权保护促进经济增长的对策思考。Based on the comparison of the situation of economic development and intellectual property protection（IPPR）between Taiwan and mainland,the impacts of IPPR on economic growth were measured by using Cobb-Douglas production function.The results found that the impacts of IPRP on the economic growth were small in Taiwan,while the impacts on that in mainland cannot pass the significance test.Therefore,this paper put forward the countermeasures on promoting economic growth by IPPR.
