语音噪声环境下的视觉搜索绩效研究

摘　　要：有语音的噪声环境干扰已被证明影响多种开放性办公环境下的工作绩效,但是缺少针对于视觉搜索作业方面的研究。本研究基于7种不同语言可懂度的语音噪声环境,对两种不同难易程度的安检任务进行搜索绩效的实验研究。结果表明,语言传输指数对视觉搜索任务的绩效影响与前人研究得出的模型有所不同。语言传输指数对于视觉搜索准确率没有显著影响,搜索时间与语言传输指数的关系呈现出倒U的形状;语言可懂度对于不同难易程度任务的影响表现出明显的差异,对于简单任务影响较大。The results of many studies have shown that the performances of various tasks deteriorate in speech noise environment of an open-plan office.But for visual search task,there still lack related studies.Seven different STI values which stand for different speech intelligibility in noise environment and two difficulty-level tasks of security check were used in this study.The results revealed that the effects of STI on the performance of visual search task differed from former studies.The effect of STI on accuracy rates was not significant.The reaction time showed inverted-U shape with STI.The effect of speech intelligibility on the tasks differed with task difficulties.The performance loss for easier tasks was larger.
