摘 要:本文采用化学镀法制备Fe-Cu-Ni复合粉体,工艺参数为:Cu SO4质量浓度20 g/L,镀铜温度20℃,p H为11,Ni SO4质量浓度33 g/L,镀镍温度82℃,p H为8。通过SEM显微镜分析了复合粉体的表面形貌及能谱,并对粒度和松装密度进行测定,证实了化学镀法制备Fe-Cu-Ni复合粉体是可行的,镀层均匀良好,为今后工业生产打下基础。Fe-Cu-Ni composite powder was prepared by chemical plating,process parameters : the concentration of Cu SO4 was 20 g / L,the temperature of copper plating was 20 ℃,the value of p H was 11,the concentration of Ni SO4 was 33 g / L,the temperature of nickel plating was 82 ℃ and the value of p H was 8.The surface morphology of the composite powder was observed through SEM,and the energy spectrum analysis was carried out,and the particle size distribution and bulk density were determined.Results show that the Fe-Cu-Ni composite powder can be prepared by chemical plating,the coating is uniform and good,which lay the foundation for the industrial production in the future.
