摘 要:目的对糖尿病患者行电话随访式的健康教育,并对健康教育的效果进行评价。方法将在医院内分泌科住院治疗后好转出院的406例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组行常规出院指导,干预组在此基础上由管床医生定期对患者行电话随访。半年后利用患者来院复诊的机会对其进行问卷调查,评价二组患者对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率、对糖尿病治疗的依从性和对医院服务的满意度。结果干预组患者对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率均高于对照组,二组患者知晓率间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);二组患者对糖尿病药物治疗、合理饮食、坚持体育锻炼、戒烟、限酒的依从性间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对保持情绪稳定的知晓率间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预组患者对医院服务的满意率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(85.6%),二组患者满意率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电话随访式健康教育提高了患者对糖尿病病相关知识的知晓率、对糖尿病治疗的依从性和患者对医院服务的满意率。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education by follow-up with telephone for diabetes patients.Methods Four hundred and six discharged diabetes patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.Patients in control group received traditional health education.Except for traditional health education,patients in intervention group received health education on follow-up by doctors with telephone.The questionnaire survey was carried out in all patients on their return visit after half year.The common sense,compliance of treatment on diabetes mellitus,and satisfaction of hospital service were evaluated in the survey.Results Patients' common sense on diabetes mellitus in intervention group was higher than control group,and the defference of awareness rate was statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05).The compliance of drug,controlling diet,keeping sports,quit smoking,and limit alcohol in intervention group were higher than them in control group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference on that keeping calm could reduce blood sugar in two groups(P〉0.05).The satisfaction rate on hospital service in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group.ConclusionHealth education by follow-up with telephone improves patients' common sense,compliance of treatment on diabetes mellitus,and satisfaction of hospital service.
