摘  要:应用混料设计法研究了油基钻井液提切剂的配方,以动切力、低剪切动切力和塑性黏度为指标,得到了优化的提切剂配方组成为:油酸聚乙二醇单酯80.6%,异辛酸铝7.4%,软脂酸6.0%,肉豆蔻酸6.0%。热滚实验验证了加入该提切剂后钻井液流变性和悬浮性都得到改善。计算表明,该钻井液应选用赫巴模式来描述其流变性。The formulation of the oil-based drilling fluid rheological control agent has been obtained from mixture design, and the yield point, the shear yield point and the plastic viscosity are considered as index, the optimized formulation of rheological control agent is: 80.6% of oleic acid ester of polyethylene glycol, 7.4% of aluminum ethylhexanoate, 6.0% of palmitic acid and 6.0% of myristic acid. From the hot rolling experiments we can know that the rheological and suspension properties of the oil-based drilling fluid with rheological control agent have improved. Calculations indicate that the rheological properties of this oil-based drilling fluid should be described with Herschel-Bulkely model.
