摘 要:以薄荷茎段为外植体,研究了4种不同类型培养基(MS、1/2MS、B5、N6)对愈伤组织诱导、芽分化以及根诱导的影响。结果表明:1/2MS培养基愈伤组织诱导率最高,为100%,N6培养基愈伤组织的生长量最高;B5培养基芽的诱导率最高,为40%,但1/2MS培养基芽的长势较好;1/2MS培养基最适合根的诱导,诱导率为82.5%。综合分析确定薄荷愈伤组织和根系诱导的最适宜培养基为1/2MS培养基,芽分化的最适宜培养基为B5培养基。Using the stems of peppermint as explants,the effects of 4 different culture media( MS,1 /2MS,B5 and N6) on callus induction,bud differentiation and root induction were studied in this paper. The results showed that the callus induction rate was the highest in 1 /2MS up to 100%; N6 was the best medium for callus growth; the bud induction rate was the highest in B5 medium as 40%,but the bud grew better in 1 /2MS; 1 /2MS was the most suitable for root induction with the induction rate as 82. 5%. Comprehensive analysis showed that the best medium for peppermint callus and root induction was 1 /2MS,while the best medium for bud induction was B5.
