摘  要:以转植酸酶玉米10TPY005、非转植酸酶亲本玉米蠡玉35的花粉分别饲喂家蚕3个龄期,取3龄末期家蚕利用Biolog-Eco法分别从其肠道微生物群落多样性的平均颜色变化率(AWCD值)、四种碳源利用率、群落代谢功能多样性指数(Shannon、Simpson和Mc Intosh指数)及主成分分析四个方面进行指标测定,从而研究转植酸酶玉米对家蚕肠道环境菌群多样性的影响。结果表明:转植酸酶玉米花粉喂食的家蚕与亲本玉米花粉喂食和空白对照两组家蚕相比,上述各指标总体无显著性差异,即转植酸酶玉米对家蚕肠道微生物多样性未造成明显影响。The pollen of phytase transgenic maize 10TPY005 and its non- transgenic parent Liyu35 were used to feed bombyx for three instars. With the method of Biolog- Eco,the effect of phytase transgenic maize on the diversity of intestinal microbial community in bomdyx were studied by detecting the average well color development( AWCD),utilization ratios of four carbon sources and community metabolism diversity indexes( Shannon,Simpson and Mc Intosh indexes) and principal component analysis. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the bombyx fed by phytase transgenic maize pollen with its non- transgenic parent pollen and control group. Thereby,there was no obvious effect of phytase transgenic maize on the diversity of intestinal microbial community in bombyx.
