摘  要:为了研究新生牦牛小肠黏膜结构及黏膜免疫相关细胞的分布特点,试验采用常规H.E.染色、改良甲苯胺蓝(MTB)染色和糖原及多糖高碘酸-Schiff试剂染色技术对1日龄大通新生牦牛小肠黏膜结构进行了观察,并对免疫相关细胞的分布以及数量进行了检测。结果表明:1日龄犊牦牛空肠的小肠肠绒毛长度和隐窝深度最高,回肠和十二指肠依次降低;空肠的V/C值分别比十二指肠和回肠高72.75%和74.66%;空肠的黏膜厚度最厚,回肠和十二指肠依次降低,三者之间厚度差异均显著;十二指肠的肌层厚度最厚,回肠和空肠依次降低,三者之间厚度差异均显著。1日龄犊牦牛十二指肠到回肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量相对稳定(P>0.05);十二指肠的杯状细胞数量最多,空肠和回肠差异不显著;从十二指肠到回肠,其肥大细胞的数量呈逐渐增多的趋势,各肠段之间差异均显著。说明1日龄犊牦牛空肠消化吸收能力较强,各肠段免疫能力差异较大。To study the mucosal structure and the distribution of mucosal immunity - associated cells in the small intestine of newborn yak. The conventional H.E. staining, modified toluidine blue (MTB) staining and periodic acid - Schiff' s staining techniques were used for the obser- vation of the mucosal structure in the small intestine of one - day - old Datong yaks, and the distribution and number of the immunity - associat- ed cells were detected. The results showed that the villus length and crypt depth in the jejunum were highest, followed by ileum and duodenum. The ratio of villus length to crypt depth in the jejunum was 72.75% and 74.66% higher than that in the duodenum and ileum, respectively. The intestinal mucosa thickness in the jejunum was thickest, followed by the ileum and duodenum, which were significantly different (P 〈 0.01 ) among each others. The muscularis thickness in the duodenum was thickest, followed by the ileum and jejunum, which were significant- ly different ( P 〈0.01 ) among each others. The number of intraepithelial lymphocytes from the duodenum to ileum in the one - day - old yaks was relatively stable (P 〉0.05 ). The number of epithelial goblet cells in the duodenum was maximum, but the difference was not significant between the jejunum and ileum. The number of mast cells showed a gradually increasing trend from the duodenum to ileum, but the difference was not significant in the each intestinal segment of the yaks. The results indicate that the digestion and absorption ability of the jejunum is stronger than the duodenum and ileum in the one - day - old yaks, and the immune ability in the each intestinal segment is quite different.
