摘  要:为了研究戊型肝炎这种人畜共患病,试验采用云南省某养殖场所提供的150头猪,采血分离血清,进行戊型肝炎抗体测定,并对检测结果为阳性的103头猪进行肝功能指标测定,按不同年龄段对数据进行统计分析。结果表明:戊型肝炎抗体阳性率为仔猪<生长猪<屠宰猪<育肥猪;肝功能影响情况为仔猪<生长猪<屠宰猪<育肥猪。戊型肝炎病毒对仔猪的感染率最低,对其肝功能影响最小;对于育肥猪的感染率最高,并对其肝功能影响最大。说明随着猪日龄的增大,感染率提高,对肝功能的影响加强。因此,规模化养殖场应定期普查,检测出阳性猪只后及时淘汰。To study hepatitis E as a zoonosis, 150 pigs provided by a breeding farm in Yunnan province were used in the test. The blood samples from all pigs were collected to separate serum for the determination of hepatitis E (HE) antibodies. 103 pigs detected as positive, were used to detect the indexes of liver function, and then the detection data were used for statistical analysis according to the different ages. The results showed that the positive rate of HE antibodies was lowest in piglets, followed by growing pigs, slaughtering pigs, and fattening pigs; the influ- ence of hepatitis E on liver function in piglets was lowest, followed by growing pigs, slaughtering pigs, and fattening pigs; the infection rate of hepatitis E in piglets was the lowest, and the influence of hepatitis E on the liver function in piglets was minimum ; the infection rate of hepatitis E in fattening pigs was the highest, and the influence of hepatitis E on the liver function in fattening pigs was maximum. The results indicate that with the increase of the age of the pigs, the infection rate of hepatitis E increased, and the effect on liver iunction strengthened. Therefore, large -scale farms should conduct a regular survey, and the pigs that tested as positive should be promptly eliminated.
