摘　　要：长期以来,基因组假基因一直以生物体中无功能"死亡基因"的形式被人们所认识。但研究者发现,假基因是真核生物基因组中的重要组成部分,因而假基因也成为研究的热点。文章阐述了假基因的发现和产生、数量与分布、鉴定及功能,并展望了在马中的应用前景。The genomic pseudogenes have been recognized as the death genes＇ with non -functional form in the organism for a long time. But the researchers find that the pseudogenes are important parts of the genomes of eukaryotic organisms, and thus this has become a research hotspot. This paper describes the discovery, generation, quantity, distribution, identification and function of the pseudogenes, and also looks into their application prospects in horses.
