摘　　要：维生素E是天然的抗氧化剂,是细胞呼吸的必需因子,参与体内DNA、维生素C和辅酶Q的合成,与动物的生殖机能、免疫机能也密切相关。文章综述了维生素E对反刍动物生产性能、肉质、繁殖性能、免疫功能、抗氧化能力和血液生化指标的影响,旨在为其在反刍动物饲料中的应用提供理论依据。Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant, is the essential factor of cell respiration, which involves the synthesis of DNA, vitamin C and coenzyme Q in the body, and is also closely related to reproductive and immune function in animals. This paper reviews the effect of vitamin E on productive performance, meat quality, reproductive performance, immune function, antioxidant capacity and blood biochemical indexes in ruminants, with the aim to provide theoretical basis for its application in ruminant feeds.
