瓜蒌薤白半夏汤的心肌保护机制研究进展

摘　　要：本文系统总结了瓜蒌薤白半夏汤近10年的基础药理研究资料,分别从组织器官、细胞、分子等层次梳理了该方对心肌损伤的保护作用及其机制,认为瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对心肌缺血及缺血再灌注损伤,及其伴随发生的心肌炎症损伤、心肌细胞凋亡、心肌纤维化等保护作用明显。This paper summarizes pharmacological research data of Gualouxiebaibanxia decoction（ 瓜蒌薤白半夏汤, GLXBBXT） for nearly 10 years systematically, analyzes the mechanism and protective effect of the prescription on myocardial injury from the level of tissue, organ, cell and molecule respectively, expecting to inspire new ideas of in-depth research to this clas-sical prescription. GLXBBXT showed obvious protective effect on myocardial ischemia and ischemia reperfusion injury, and the consequent inflammatory injury, cardiomyocyte apoptosis, myocardial fibrosis.
