摘 要:在乙醇/水混合溶剂体系中对棉织物进行活性染色,可获得很高的上染率和固色率。探讨了乙醇/水溶剂染色体系中,表面活性剂、电解质等染色助剂对棉织物活性染料染色性能的影响。结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂能提高活性染料的初始上染速率,但对最终的上染百分率影响不大;非离子表面活性剂对上染速率和上染百分率基本无影响;阳离子表面活性剂可以降低活性染料的初始上染率,但会降低上染百分率;少量的硫酸钠(0.5 g/L)可提高上染百分率,但用量大时反而会降低上染百分率;在含表面活性剂DTAC的染色体系中,当硫酸钠质量浓度大于2.5 g/L时,具有促染效果,但不利于阳离子表面活性剂的缓染。High exhaustion and fixation can be obtained on cotton fabric with reactive dyes in ethanol/water mixed solvent system. The influences of surfactant and electrolyte on the performance of cotton reactive dyeings in the ethanol-water system are discussed. The results show that anionic surfactant can improve the initial dye uptake of reactive dyes, but have a little effect on the final dye uptake. Nonionic surfactant do not have obvious effect on dyeing rate and final dye uptake, and cationic surfactant can reduce initial dye uptake of reactive dyes as well as final dye uptake. The dye uptake can be increased with a small addition of electrolyte sodium sulfate(less than 0.5 g/L), while it will be decreased with a large addition. When the dosage of electrolyte is more than 2.5 g/L, it has an accelerating action on dyeing but a retarding action on cationic surfactants.
