增深剂DICRYLAN SD在涤纶仿真丝印花中的应用

摘　　要：在涤纶仿真丝织物白底特深印花工艺中,采用DICRYLAN SD增色剂,降低织物表面低折射率,在减少染料用量的同时获得较高的颜色深度。试验发现,40 g/L DICRYLAN SD增深处理,涤纶织物在获得相同的颜色深度的同时,染料用量可减少35%,且对印花织物的各项色牢度和物理机械性能影响很小。Extra deep printing on white ground of silk-like polyester fabric is carried out with deepening agent DICRYLAN SD, which can reduce refractive index to obtain a higher color depth and reduce the consumption of dyes. It is found that treated with 40 g/L DICRYLAN SD, the polyester prints has the same color depth as that of the traditional prints while the dye dosage can decrease by 35%. Deepening agent exerts little influence on color fastness and mechanical properties of the prints.
