摘　　要：通过文献调研、专家咨询、对比分析、综合分析等方法,分析了研究所科研管理工作现状,提出了建设研究所科研管理信息系统的原则和目标、功能和结构模块,以及采用基于J2EE技术框架的B/S构架实现系统功能。After the institutional scientific research management at present was analyzed according to the literature investigation, expert consultation, comparative and comprehensive analysis, the following were advanced, including the principles, target, function module and structure module for institutional scientific research management infor-mation system , and realization of its functions using the J2EE technology-based B/S framework .
