摘 要:对垂直上升光管内超临界水的传热恶化机理进行了分析。使用较宽管径范围内的实验数据对已有的传热恶化判据进行了校验和比较,指出了现有判据的不足。在已有判据的基础上,进一步考虑了管径变化对传热恶化的影响规律后,提出了一个新的传热恶化判据,该判据可在较宽管径范围内准确预测超临界水在垂直上升光管内的传热恶化,与已有的判据相比,新判据的预测结果更准确,适用范围也更广。讨论了新判据的优点和不足。ABSTRACT:Exhaustive literature review was done and effect of buoyancy, tube diameter etc. on heat transfer to supercritical water in smooth tubes was discussed. Various criteria for predicting deterioration of heat transfer to supercritical water in smooth tubes were compared, based on a test database obtained from published papers. Comparisons show that available criteria are only applicable to a small range of tube diameter and their accuracies are not good enough. A new criterion, where effect of tube diameter on heat transfer was considered and a parameter representing the cooling capacity of water to the tube wall was introduced, was proposed. The newly proposed criterion has the best accuracy and is applicable to a wider range. The virtue and disadvantage of the new criterion is discussed.
