The Study on the Group Characteristics of Research Papers Funded by the National Social Science Fund of China in Library and Information Science Field

摘　　要：文章以图书情报领域的国家社科基金项目论文研究团队为研究对象,探讨了不同团队的构成特征,发现项目论文研究团队具有:小规模为主并存在核心作者及其组合;由高层次的学术梯队组成且具有扁平化特征;以高校的机构内合作、师生合作形式为主;项目负责人倾向于采用权威式领导风格;兼具学科建设与人才培养双重功能等趋势。Be concerned with the author groups of research papers funded by the National Social Science Fund of China in Library and Information Science field, the paper explores the characteristics of different research groups, and puts forward the following findings： the research groups tend to have small size and core author （s）; they are composed of academic echelon with high scholarly level and have flat design; the main cooperation model is the department cooperation and teacher-student cooperation within the universities; the project director tends to choose the authoritative leadership style; and the groups have the functions of discipline construction and talent cultivation combined.
