摘　　要：文章从客体特征、主体特征、知识特征、网络社区特征4个视角出发,构建了知识转移概念模型,并据此做出相应假设,通过问卷调查法与结构方程模型进行分析研究。研究结果显示,网络社区中除了参与转移的主体客体对转移效果有影响,知识的可验证性、网络社区的氛围、激励机制与服务水平同样影响社区中知识转移的效果。The paper first constructs the conceptual model of knowledge transfer from four aspects： the object, the subject, the knowledge and online community. Based on this, it proposes the related hypothesis and makes an analysis of the model by means of questionnaire and structural equation modeling. Results show that besides the subject and object involved in knowledge transferring, verifiability, online community atmosphere, incentive mechanism and the service level also have effects on knowledge transfer in online community.
