摘　　要：文章介绍了4G网络支持下的移动图书馆的新特点,并分析了移动图书馆平台框架,提出了平台功能优化设计与实现的思路,以期为移动图书馆平台模式创新、功能优化提供参考。This paper introduces new features of the mobile library under the 4G network, and analyzes the mobile library platform framework, design function optimization and implementation. It can provide platform model innovation for mobile library, and reference for function optimization.
