摘　　要：已有研究表明,建立在用户需求与知识资源内容匹配程度上的数字图书馆知识服务并不能取得很好的用户满意度,而与知识服务参与对象密切相关的情境因素对知识服务质量具有重要影响。该研究以知识生命周期理论为基础,探索影响数字图书馆知识服务的情境因素及其相互间的作用关系,以此创建影响知识服务的情境模型,最后利用实证数据验证模型中各情境因素的作用途径及其影响力度,以期为数字图书馆的发展提供理论支持和有益建议。The existing studies have shown that the digital library knowledge services based on user needs and knowledge resource content matching degree cannot achieve good customer satisfaction, while the contextual factors closely related to the participators in knowledge services have a significant impact on the quality of knowledge services. In this study, using the knowledge lifecycle theory, it explores the contextual factors and their inter-relationships affecting the knowledge services in digital libraries, and constructs an affecting contextual model for knowledge services. The empirical data from questionnaires is used to validate the function mechanisms and impact strengths of various contextual factors in the model. This study tries to provide theoretical support and useful suggestions to the development of digital libraries.
